1. Agency Growth & Tech Services
For custom web development, sponsored ads setup, and sales funnel structures:
- Initial Deposits: All project setup deposits (typically 50% of the project budget) are non-refundable once design and development work has commenced.
- Service Cancellations: You may cancel a service agreement at any time before developers or marketers begin work on your project to receive a full refund of your deposit, minus a 10% administrative processing fee.
- Milestone Payments: Payments made upon the completion of designated project milestones are final and non-refundable once the milestone deliverables have been inspected, approved, and signed off by the client.
2. Skill Academy & Trainings
For enrollments in our digital academy programs (e.g. Content Creation, Marketing Mastery, Web Design):
- Pre-Class Cancellation: Students are eligible for a 100% refund of tuition fees if a cancellation request is submitted at least 48 hours prior to the official start date of the enrolled cohort.
- Post-Commencement Policy: Once training sessions have officially commenced, refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances (with supporting documentation) on a case-by-case basis. No refund requests will be accepted after the completion of the first week of classes.
- Digital/Downloadable Resources: Payments for self-paced digital guides, templates, and pre-recorded video packages are non-refundable as access to these resources is granted instantly upon payment.
3. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please email us at info@iqdmh.com.ng with the following details:
- Your full name and contact information
- The name of the service or course purchased
- Date of purchase and copy of receipt/invoice
- Detailed reason for your cancellation or refund request
Refund requests are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days after approval, with funds returned via the original payment method.
