We stand behind the quality of our training programs. Because our 1-on-1 practical training involves immediate allocation of mentorship resources and digital assets, all course enrollments are strictly non-refundable once the course has commenced.
For our digital marketing agency services (e.g., ad campaigns, web design), deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable once work has been initiated, to cover the cost of labor and tools used by our team.
In the rare event of exceptional circumstances preventing you from participating in a course before it begins, please contact our support team at info@iqdmh.com.ng to discuss a potential credit transfer to a future cohort. Decisions are made at the sole discretion of the management.
